I loved my stay at this townhouse. It was VERY clean and decorated so cute. Towels supplied. The queen bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that could be imagined. Walk right to the beautiful beach. So convenient! The beach isn’t crowded at all and that makes it even more relaxing. The townhouse even has a garage and easy parking. I am so glad I stayed here for my 60th birthday. It made it so special, I hope to come back again soon. I loved it!

Our stay at Mandalay Shores was perfect. We stayed in the two bedroom near the beach. Parking was not a problem in mid March , we parked in front the unit on our six day stay. The pool was behind our unit and the guest who used it were very quiet. Cute and cozy beach spot in Oxnard, would return on next visit.

Overall it's very good for the price. The building is a bit old but everything else is excellent. We love the large living room, two bath rooms, the kitchen, and the laundry facility, etc. It's fight next to the beach, 5 minute drive to grocery and restaurants. I would recommend it for small families.

All the Beach you would ever want.

This is a charming get a way where you can own the beach a half a block away. The place is beat from the ocean. Kitchen and baths are way late on remodel. These older time shares all look the same but it is comfortable and the plumbing works. The beach is uniquely empty and huge.
