The staff were great but the condition of the room was not. Looked like cigarette burns in the carpet, dirty hand prints on walls and yellow water drips under towel hanger. I was told by the booking dispatcher that the flat screen tv La had Netflix but they did not. Towels were an off white colour and cigarette butts outside all over the parking lot.

Pretty good stay at a decent off-season rate in mid November. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub jets and the sauna were not working, but the pool was nice! The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Hotel is well overdue for an upgrade. Pool had mold in it. They refused to turn on the water slide. Had a king suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. Bed had dirty bedspread. Happy we brought our own pillows as they were gross and dirty.. Fireplace would not turn on however it turn itself on in the middle of night. The jacuzzi was dirty and had to clean it before use. Overall a terrible hotel!!!!! Staff took no responsibility and would not give me the managers business card.

As usual front desk staff are just great. Room was very clean and I arrived early so had to wait for housekeeping finished. I was there before check-in time so expected to need to wait but the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful and put a rush on getting it ready.
