We arrive late a few minutes before 9pm, the lobby was locked (understandable for safety) we followed the direction and pick d up the phone. We could hear it ringing inside, this went on for approx 4.5 mins, then a fellow guest member opened the door. We rang the bell at the counter for another 3 mins. Then the staff member came strolling along. No apologize or “hope you have been waiting long” Bed comforter was dirty and had a few stains…. We chucked in the closet. And the coffee was terrible
