The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

Hotel maior bem localizado, perto de uma ótima região. Wi-Fi funcionava bem, o quarto era razoavelmente pequeno, mas tudo perfeitamente limpo e organizado.

Hotellet er i gang med en større renovering og vi boede på de ældre værelser, som endnu ikke var blevet opdateret. Det var billigt, rent og ganske ok. Vi var kun på hotellet, når vi sov. Dog meget tynde vægge, og meget lydt. Super beliggenhed.

Under oppussing
Hotellet er under oppussing. Den delen vi fikk rom var det en del byggstøv i trapper og ganger. Utenfor vinduene var det stilasjer og arbeid. Rommene var av bra størrelse. Lavt under taket enkelte steder. Teppegulv var flekkete/gammelt. På et rom var det ubehagelig lukt.
Renhold ble utført daglig, med bytte av håndklær - dette var bra.
Stille på rom. Klimaanlegg. Godt vanntrykk.
Hyggelige ansatte.
Beliggenhet er fin, kort vei til Paddington stasjon, samt 2 T-banestasjoner

Great hotel
Hotel was great, staff very friendly, easy check in, great room.
Only issues are the bed could be a little less firm, along with the pillows. Towels could be a little bigger.
Other than that, it was great, and we will 100% look to stay here again

Placed in lower value room than paid for-no refund
We paid for a renovated triple; however, they put us in an old “triple” which had two twin beds and a cot so lumpy you could feel every spring! The unit was VERY small. They said they turned off AC to the old units a year ago yet it is still listed as an amenity. It was so hot and humid in there we at least asked for a fan to which we received push back. They gave one bath towel for a triple room. After calling and complaining and emailing multiple times about our issues we finally spoke to Gabriella at the front desk who confirmed we were placed in a lower quality room than what we reserved and paid for. I asked for a partial refund since we way over paid for the accommodations they provided and was told I have to send an email to management. To which I did and they admitted again they made a mistake and they would escalate the situation and I would hear back about my refund within 5 business days. It has now been close to 10 business days and no one has gotten back to me when I keep emailing asking for an update. From my perspective, they don’t seem to care that they are overcharging and under delivering. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Communication has been extremely poor. Customer service, aside from Gabriella, was atrocious and quite frankly it appears as if they intentionally stole money from us by placing us in a different room than booked and assigned to us in their system based on quality of room paid for. Especially since they are now ignoring me.
