The room was mostly clean but definitely in need of updating. Had a few fruit flies in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some rowdy ppl that checked in lat e at night and many that don't follow the no smoking rule.

The bathroom cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The bathtub became clogged shortly after our arrival, seemingly for no reason, which made it difficult to use. Furthermore, there was noticeable mold/mildew around the caulk of the bathtub. This suggests a need for more diligent cleaning and routine maintenance checks to ensure a high standard of sanitation for guests.

I only spent one night so didn’t really avail myself of a lot of services. The bed was great. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked, breakfast was good. Check in was great —- friendly, answered questions Check out was better — friendly, suggested a side trip based on where I was going.

Great value for room and price!

Staff for checkin and breakfast were great. Room was clean, and the bed was made so well with these bright white sheets. Very comfortable and very welcoming —- I felt safe. Only downside is having one elevator. I question the condition of it, since I had problem as I was checking out (with luggage of course) I got on it (on the third floor) and the doors closed—- yet it didn’t bring me to the first floor. Luckily, the doors responded when I pressed ‘open’ and I was able to get out. Three attempts and it still didn’t work. Other than the elevator, I’d recommend!

Disappointed no working shower ?? No receipt?

Shower in room was not working . Front counter wouldn't offer a discount. Because Room was booked though third party. Asked , for a receipt. As , crossing back into Canada . Border officials sometime ask for receipts. Was , told the hotel couldn't issue me a receipt. Again , because of third party booking. But, then was told . They would email a receipt that l never got.

The staff were very accommodating, courteous and professional. Josh and Ashley and the night clerk were very helpful. When we told them we were moving to the area Josh was happy to let us know what was in our surroundings, shops etc. Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western in Watertown!

The place smell really bad, the staff is not friendly. The bath doesnt drain properly. The toilet paper was soaked. Our baby ate a mint he found on the ground that wasnt our. Just really bad overall.

Very dirty, smelly thought out the place. We couldn't stay there with our kids. Youngters laughing and looked drunk and loud going behind the reception area. The receptionist was nice and kept apologizing, he said he was new and didnt know how to handle the situation he looked lost.
