The Franklin Hollywood place was great. My family and I have stayed there before and loved it nice and clean rooms, the staff was awesome and friendly. If we needed anything they would accommodate. The pool was crystal as well and the best part is that it’s just minutes away from Universal Studios.

Hotel was definitely unique and beautiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is strictly valet. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size but the shower took a few minutes to warm up. The diner served good food and had great staff. Take the stairs, they’re are lined with a variety of autographed photos.
