Best apartment! Highlight was the beds. Haven’t slept that well in a while. Even overslept, (not saying you should) check out time is 11 but thank goodness nobody shoved us out. Apartment has everything you need. Good hot showers, heating was spot on. Laundry was outside and fantastic big dryers. Would stay here anytime as its location is superb as well. Only downside is no lifts.

Easily accessible from both train stations (closest to Waverley). Is a bit hidden amongst the streets which can be hard to find in the darker seasons. Very clean apartment and super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Stairs were quite hard work to get up to our 4th floor and were pretty steep. However, location was perfect for visiting all attractions by walking, which suited us.

The 1 bed apartment was spotless and to a really good spec, was a brilliant base for a week in Edinburgh. Brilliant location too, next to the station, couple of mins walk from the Royal Mile or the New Town and plenty of places to eat or drink literally on the doorstep. Long stay parking is expensive in Edinburgh but there are options not too far away, but not on street. Didn’t have a problem unloading and then loading the car though. Also good communication via WhatsApp too with easy keyless access to the building and room. Only downside (although something you expect in Edinburgh) was the six floors worth of stairs to get to the room. No space for a lift so nothing that can be done about it, and helped us burn off some calories at least, but any elderly or limited mobility people may be best asking for a lower floor when booking. Will def stay again next time!

Unbeatable location, spacious and clean. Simple check in. Loved it. Only small downside is that it’s a walk up, but if you have an issue walking up stairs in the hotel, I have bad news about Edinburgh in general. Prepare to climb lots of steps everywhere.

I wish we knew it was 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. We thought the sofa was going to be bigger and/or pull out to a sofa bed, but its only a loveseat and a queen bed. Location is fantastic and everything else was nice.
