If you are looking for a place to sleep, and don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke (even though the doors say 100% smoke free), then the bed is comfy and clean. There are no elevators so if you can hike up the stairs its not awful. This is definitely, "you get what you pay for" type of place. The breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, greasy sausage, and white toast, along with some yogurt and oatmeal cream pies. I quickly understood why I was the only person at breakfast at 7:30 am. I highly recommend the bagel place just down the road. I believe people were living here. The other tenants just would put their trash in the hall next to the door to have it collected. It was gone by evening. It was relatively quiet. I didn't fear for my life. The staff, when you saw them, were very friendly. I did have an issue where the carpet was pulling away from the tile and I stabbed my foot on a carpet staple. I alerted the front desk but they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Again, for $135 for 2 nights, I can't expect a 5-star experience .

My room heater was set on celcius so had to guess. Debris under the bed. Place needs updating. Even though I had a dog and asked for 2 rooms next to each other, they couldn't accompdate and I booked this weeks ago. They stayed they cant see comments from outside company's . It was 10pm and we had to log suitcases upstairs . Would never stay here again when so many other choices. Staff were friendly

1.Honest when I say there was no elevator 2. Charged me a $30 per day non refundable pet fee and then tried charging me double for a washing machine pod after I had already been quoted the cost by another employee which was the only employee we had the entire week stay who was kind courteous and went out of his way to accommodate us unlike all theother employee in this hotel who was the only employee with wonderful customer service skills and went above and beyond but unfortunately not one other employee in the hotel was kind nor r tried to explain the highfeewhen they don't even offer those they decide to put upspairs. This is shady business practice when it shows no care in the woeld over over a full week were friendly and did not go out of there way to
