The warm welcome to my family on arrival from Molly and the team at reception set us up for a memorable and idyllic getaway at Peppers. Staff were very accommodating to our 5 year old daughter. The resort in parts is very tired and needs a refresh. We were up two flights of stairs with luggage elevator. Basic things in the room were lacking. The pools however were great, but for a Peppers resort I expected better. The gym was ok, but without water, cups and the outside tennis court had just been let go completely. As for the food, the pool bar was open for one day if our stay, room service wasn’t an option, no n room snack options and food at breakfast was very ordinary.
