Thought hotel ran out of hot water but my mom ran the water about 15-20 minutes and then she got hot water. The bathroom was usable but had built up dirt in the corners. Moldy.. the AC was okay but only because it wasn't summer hot yet.... Housekeeping did not come during our stay to change the towels. I know I could have called and asked for them but we were out all day and we'll get back there. Tired
