Fantastic stay. Very polite, helpful and kind staff. All positive. The hotel is located a bit away from the central of Bangkok, however, it was not far from buses and trains, and easy to get a taxi or a tuktuk. It is definitely recommendable.

The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk. Rooms and facility were clean, a nice restaurant/bar on the 6th floor and nice relaxing pool. I highly recommend the Cascade Hotel.

Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Cascade à Bangkok. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et offre un cadre agréable pour se reposer après une journée en ville. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et calme, ce qui m’a permis de bien me reposer. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est aussi un vrai plus, pratique pour se déplacer et découvrir Bangkok. L’hôtel se trouve à côté d’un 7/11 ce qui est très pratique en cas de besoin. La réception peut aussi réceptionner vos commandes sur Grab. Je recommande fortement.
