A very sweet room. We asked for a quiet room so we had a view from 9th floor. Most of the time it was quite. Sometimes we could hear running water or steps from other rooms. No easy access to gym, hard to move around with luggage carpet. Requiring deposit to be charged as opposed to authorization like 99% of hotels causes unnecessary fees that change your rate per night and caused us to cancel and look for better alternatives. London is full of hotels around the same area that are more transparent on fees. Deposit process should be highlighted when booking as the advertised fee is not what i ended up paying. Difference of approx $20 per night. Doesn’t work for families on a budget.
