Disappointed nasty

The room was nasty only stayed because we had already paid and didn’t want to deal with a refund!!! The bathroom had mold on the walls it had the worst smell had to go buy spray to even stay in!!! No iron in room!!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Perfect place for a quick stay

It was exactly what we expected. Last minute, great price in the right spot. Pool was warm and clear. They let us check out late and use the pool. Walking distance to everything.

Roaches & Stains

The place is dated and needs refurbishing, aside from that the room had roaches, and the sheets were stained. There was a hotrible smell, possibly urine. I told front desk about roaches and showed hom the pictures and he checked for himself, though he was nice offered no solutions. Overall the hotel is a conplete disgrace. Do not recommend this to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was rude and unpleasant cuz I have a New Jersey id also they had pieces of fencing all over the place and a piece missing so my 4 year old could run into the road also had a no smoking sign but had no place to smoke course there was no ashtray anywhere was also told that it was a pay at the property and anytime I have had that my card was never ran till I got there and they ran my credit card for an extra day leaving me with no money and when I confronted the lady at the desk about it she said it was part of it but when do you have a pay at the property option all in all it was the worse hotel I have ever been to here in Florida and I lived in hotels for 2 years when I first got here and my money still hasn’t been refunded to me while I was checking out I was told that I was being put on the list of not allowed back all becouse I said I was goin to write a bad review I had the worse time here and wish I never spent my money on the dirty floor that was never mopped

We arrived at this hotel in Orlando Florida to stay beforw our cruise because it had a 7 star review someone lied. We arrived in the lobby which stinked it had a very musty, dirty odor. We arrived to our room 207, the key didn't work at first and the door looked unsafe. We found a dead roach on one of the beds and it smelled like they had just sprayed roach spray. The desk person came and took pictures and moved us to room 107 which still had an awful smell. We walked to walgreens to get spray and slept in the chairs until morning. Terrible place, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone smh.

After paying $600.00 for 2 nights, my 2nd night was the same as my first. No chain on door for safety. Except, the toilet seat in the 2nd nights room was worse then the 1st night and had urine stains inbeded in the seat. The bed cover had stains on it. I had to ask for a iron/board again. The tip of this iron was broke off. I didn't go to sleep the 1st night before my cruise, nor the 2nd night after my cruise. NOT RECOMMENDED!

2 nights $600.00. 1st night room had roaches (I filmed them/night). Toilet seat paint was chipped. Had to ask for iron/board, iron stopped working asked for another one. No dining, only 7 11. I felt unsafe, no chain on door. Too far from the airport. I paid $167.00 for a cab from airport. No shuttle for airport nor cruise port. 2nd night, toilet seat had urine stains inbeded in the seat, bedspead had stains on it. NOT RECOMMENDED!
