The night shift guy was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Made stellar cookies too. The room was nice. Clean and spacious. I loved that the windows actually opened. The fridge worked great, almost a little too well. The only thing I would have changed were the pillows, they were… mushy. The breakfast was good only due to the waffles. The lack of protein was a disappointment. No eggs except hard boiled and no meat. It worked though.

Overall not a bad place for the off-season rate paid. I was there on business so my needs were met. Room is an odd mix of old and new. Curtains definitely need to be removed/replaced. Bed was comfortable. Desk chair was one step away from needing duct tape. Points for decent in-room coffee with Coffee Mate creamer and not powdered packets. Close proximity to Broadway and dining/drinking options. Just a few blocks from the ocean. If the price is right I would return.
