Had to request additional hangers. Only 4 hangers for 2 women staying for 14 nights. Furniture is very tired. Needs serious updating. Towels only changed every 3 days. Staff I interacted with were friendly. I would not recommend to anyone due to the worn and tired furniture. Kitchen worktop had burn stains and was badly chipped.

Hotel is in a good location, close to Walgreens, Mc Donalds, Wawa gas station, ICON park and restaurants. Staff was friendly, room was spacious but not dated and need vacuuming.

Property seems outdated. No air in hallway. Carpeting throughout building was filthy. Room smelled old, pull out bed was hard and didn’t come with blankets and upon asking the front desk for blankets was told they didn’t have any, but that they could provide an extra set of sheets. Thankfully I always travel with my own pillow and comforter or the stay would’ve been even more miserable. Only stayed the 1st night because we were already charged and told it was non refundable otherwise we wouldn’t have checked in at all. We finished our trip a different hotel.

I did like that it was close to a area where I could caught a bus to the conviction Center . I was very up set we didn't every have any hot water. I had to take lite warm shower for 4 day:((. The Elevator is super slow :(( I stay here back in 2019 and they had a great breakfast .Nov 2023 still no Breakfast even the hotel next to them do have free breakfast.. I want stay here because know at the front desk could tell when I would get hot water. They said sorry the day I check out Nov 17, 2023

I did not like it at all, when I entered the lobby the floor was dirty, and when I entered the room a terrible smell of humidity, the bathroom curtain was broken and the whole room was wet floor. the bathtub had mold and the same floor. I had visited twice before and it was not like that when it was booked it said that it had breakfast which was very convenient and they removed it. Sorry but these is my last time going to that hotel not even is these if for free.

Overall it was an okay experience. Mattress seems very old and cushion was comfortable to sleep. One of the Bed frame was making loud sound. Bathroom and room door locks were not working. Bathroom shower was very scattered and it was very hard to bath. You pay for laundry dryer and clothes were still wet. There was no water coming from drinking area near reception nor they jad any water bottles in their cooler. Good things were like receptionist communication was convenient and was available all the time. Pool was working.

We actually didn’t end up staying at this property. The night we checked in, we immediately checked out. The only good thing about this experience was that Cesar and the staff were patient and understanding. The room we were given REEKED of cigarettes which, my party unfortunately has allergy sensitivities. We also didn’t want the cleaning staff to think we were the ones smoking in the room, so my fiancé and I walked downstairs to explain the concern. We were given a new room and, same issue, still reeked of cigarettes AND bacon. The room itself was also disgusting, the couches were stained with who knows what. The carpets felt sticky underneath our shoes. I hate to make this comment but honestly, both rooms literally could have been the set to the Netflix show, Dahmer, if you moved the couch to the right side of the room and added a fish tank to the left. It was very eerie. Another downside is the hallways and lobby’s have no AC running so it feels like you’re walking through a humid, hot hotel. It sucks to have to write a bad review but literally cannot believe they charge so much to have you stay in such conditions :/
