The location is unbeatable: you can get almost anywhere in England by train, bus or tube. The staff is friendly and helpful and the units are spacious. Across the street is Eataly for great Italian food and there are pubs and restaurants in the station and nearby. The only drawback is the street noise from the pubs and drunks is very strong and goes on past 1 or 2 am, so interior suites are desirable.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a tube station nearly opposite the building. We were able to leave our bags with reception before we checked in, and the apartment was very large and had a brilliantly equipped kitchen. Was a tiny bit noisy in the early hours of the morning, but the only downside really was a service charge added at the end which we were not prior informed about. Overall we would definitely stay again.

I have stayed that this location, 3 time a year for roughly 15 years. Clearly i like the location, staff . However the last two times i have stayed, the elevator broke down and for myself and offers walking the stairs can be a chore. Fortunately I was on the second floor.

Let’s start with the positives- Location is central if you’re on business in the financial district. Many good restaurants and the area is “happening “ in general. Rooms are spacious and the feel is of a serviced apartment. That said, the building itself is old and could use some renovation.
