Upon checking in to the hotel at 8:30 pm Friday December 26th, the staff person at the reception desk was not welcoming, she had a sour attitude. Not good as the “face” of the facility. Also, it’s ridiculous that there is no small sundry area like at other hotels. There is one small shelf with a few items but it’s not adequate at all. And there are no small stores nearby, which exacerbates the issue. Finally, the location of the breakfast and dining area is at the end of one wing, which is very far away from the main Lobby, and not convenient at all. Those issues made it a disappointing experience.
