The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.

Já me hospedei em quatro hotéis desse mesmo padrão em São José dos Campos, e o Nacional Inn é disparadamente melhor. Quartos são tipo kitnet, contam com um cômodo que tem uma mini cozinha, mesa de refeição, sofá (ou cama extra) e televisão, outro cômodo com cama grande, armário, cabideiro e televisão, e o banheiro, bem fiel as fotos disponíveis. As áreas comuns são muito boas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é espetacular, com bastante variedade de alimentos. O espaço também conta com restaurante para almoço e jantar (pagos a parte), que oferecem um preço justo para a quantidade servida nas refeições. No geral, é tudo muito limpo, moderno, organizado. A equipe é muito educada e prestativa. Sempre que preciso voltar a São José dos Campos, opto pelo Nacional Inn, recomendo sempre às pessoas.

Positivo: Minha experiência no Nacional Inn São José dos Campos teve pontos muito bons. O conforto do quarto é digno de nota 5 e o café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e qualidade. No geral, a estrutura do hotel garante uma estadia agradável. Melhorar: Infelizmente, tive uma experiência frustrante com a área de lazer. Ao tentar usar a jacuzzi, o nível da água estava tão baixo que os dutos de sucção faziam um barulho muito alto e incômodo, impedindo o relaxamento. O ponto mais crítico foi o atendimento: 1. Tentei ligar para a recepção diversas vezes do quarto, mas **ninguém atendeu**. 2. Fui pessoalmente solicitar que completassem a água. Me garantiram que a manutenção iria resolver. 3. Após esperar por **mais de uma hora** sem nenhum retorno, precisei me deslocar novamente à recepção para cobrar uma solução. Minha conclusão: É um ótimo hotel para descansar e comer bem, mas o serviço de manutenção e a comunicação por telefone deixaram a desejar nesta ocasião. Espero que melhorem a atenção aos chamados dos hóspedes.
