Our room was fairly quiet except for very hard walking (and constantly) guests. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for their behavior but what is a bit annoying is how easily we could hear their walking. Floors aren’t constructed well. Our room smelled like a salad bar instead of a nice clean and fresh hotel room.

Not happy with the bed. I requested a King but got a Queen. Advised that a handicap room only came in Queen. Also the ice from the freezer in the refrigerator was so thick it was melting into the refrigerator. We could not use the refrigerator. The staff was good but the room did not make me happy.

The second floor smelled like vomit the whole time we were there. It was disgusting! There was something yellow dribbled on the floor from the lobby to the elevator, in the elevator, and on the second floor. The floors were dirty in general. Apparently nobody mops. The shower pressure was awful. It was a fairly convenient location with many food options and shopping nearby, but none within walking distance. We were in town for a dance competition in Voorhees and this hotel was about 10 minutes away, without highways. The area was nice. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but the hotel itself was very loud. People were making a lot of noise all night and early morning, which made it very difficult to sleep. The beds weren’t comfortable. We might stay here again, but given the noise and the cleanliness issues, we will likely find somewhere else for next year.
