The location is really useful for the main railway station, it’s only a few minutes walk. The room was clean but basic. There were no facilities for making a drink in the room and no information about what to do if we wanted a drink. The bed was comfortable but our room, 101, was at the front of the hotel and there was a tram stop right outside the window. As there was no air conditioning we had to have window open overnight but then had to close it as it was too noisy when the trams started. The breakfast was really good though and the ladies who served it were friendly.

I liked everything. BUT! The hotel is clearly understaffed. Also, considering it's a good hotel, I was extremely surprised by the lack of an alarm clock or the ability for a hotel employee to knock on my door and wake me up. I have trouble sleeping and often can't wake up from the sound of the phone. Basically... I slept through my paid breakfast, and I was extremely upset about it!!!! If the hotel refunds the money for the unused breakfast, I'll be very pleased.

Το δωμάτιο (τρίκλινο με τρία μονά κρεβάτια) και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν πολύ καθαροί. Τα κρεβάτια η επίπλωση πολύ ωραία. Τα στρώματα εξαίρετα. Λόγω βλάβης στην τουαλέτα του μπάνιου, μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο αλλά μας έβαλαν σε μικρότερο δωμάτιο με δύο κρεβάτια και μία καρέκλα που γινόταν κρεβάτι. Το καλοριφέρ (με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 0 βαθμούς κελσίου) δεν δούλευε και μετά απο αίτημά μου μας έδωσαν ένα μικρό καλοριφέρ που ευτυχώς μας ζέστανε καλά. Ο υδραυλικός για να φτιάξει το καλοριφέρ δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Το συνεργείο καθαρισμού ερχόταν το πρωί όταν λείπαμε, αλλά μια ημέρα ήρθε στις 4 το απόγευμα ενώ είμασταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο και αυτό ήταν πρόβλημα. Με δική μου απαίτηση για όλη αυτήν την ταλαιπωρία μας έδωσαν 2 ημέρες δωρεάν πρωινό. Γενικά θεωρώ ότι είναι ενα καλό ξενοδοχείο αλλα έχει θέματα οργάνωσης
