Clean and simple but dated. Got wrong bed

A little dated hotel/rooms. A tiny television with no functionality such as apple play or google casting. I booked a double bed but got a room with 2 single beds side by side which dosnt really work as a double bed because of the gap in the middle. Overalll quiet and clean.

Not so good stay at Relaxa city

I have stayed earlier at Relaxa City and it was comfortable stay , but this time it wasnt good. the bedside lights were not working , i kept asking the reception , they use to write it down but no action was taken, Bath towels were there on the first night , they were not replaced. Again requested but action was taken.

Ich habe das Hotel ausgewäht weil es einen hervorragenden Wellnessbereich hat. Der ist nun leider nur noch zum teil vorhanden. Nur noch eine Sauna war vorhanden, die zweite defekt. Der Wirlpool war nicht in Bertrieb. Aus Hygienegründen war die Begrundung. Corona ist doch nun vorbei, und man sollte es jeden Einzelnen überlassen was er riskieren will.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht, Zimmer war nur für eine Person vorbereitet, nach Kontakt mit Rezeption, dann sofort zweite Bettdecke und weiteren Satz Handtücher erhalten. Zimmer zwar sauber, aber nicht das Geld wert, trotz eines günstigen Preises. Ich nehme an, dieses Zimmer ist auch nur für eine Person gedacht. Kein zweiter Nachttisch oder Abstellmöglichkeit am Bett für die zweite Person. Bett unglaublich schmal. Zimmer vollkommen überhitzt, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und Lüftung im Bad auch nicht. Fenster kann man zwar öffnen, aber wegen der Lage zu einer Hauptstraße wird es dann sehr laut und damit noch weniger an Schaf zu denken (von der Hitze abgesehen). Zimmer sehr hellhörig (Hotel ist ein ehemaliges Bürogebäude), man hört so einiges von Nachbarzimmern, von WC-Spülung angefangen…Im Bad war zudem der Seifenspender leer. Abgesehen davon war das Zimmer sauber. Von Hotelübernachtungen der unterschiedlichsten Standards und Kategorien weltweit kenne ich es eigentlich auch so, dass man beim Auschecken sinngemäß gefragt wird, wie es einen gefallen hat, die Nacht war usw. Hier nicht, wahrscheinlich wusste man, was man uns angetan hatte, nämlich eine Nacht mit max. 3 Stunden Schlaf. Auch wenn das Hotel verkehrsgünstig gut gelegen ist, nehmen wir nach derzeitigen Stand lieber davon Abstand, nochmal wieder zu kommen und nehmen längere Fahrtwege in Kauf.

The room did not have a woeking AC ,many rooms at the 4th floor did not have it working properly.The service people were a mix of experiences,there were great people and not so helpful. I booked it because of the fact I wanted to use sauna and the gym,which was advertise! Upon arrival i was told that due to COVID was closed.I did not get any credit for it.

Das Zimmer entsprach den Fotos. Es war sehr hellhörig und etwas geräuschvoll am Morgen. Die Dusche wechselte wahllos zwischen sehr kalt, sehr heiß und sehr wenig Wasser. Spa war geschlossen. Housekeeping kommt nur alle 3 Tage. Als ich danach fragte, lautete die knappe Antwort: „haben sie den Zettel beim checkin nicht gelesen?“. Aber keine Erklärung warum Raumsauberkeit dieser Tage weniger wichtig ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war geschlossen aber es gab ein Tablett mit zwei Brötchen, Croissant und Aufschnitt.
