This property and owner are disgusting. He is rude and unprofessional and will YELL AT YOU ON THE PHONE and hang up on you. I was cancelling my stay within my time limit and the lady said they would happily process my refund. Then, when I called back, the man screamed at me and told me no and hung up on me multiple times. Disgusting people. Don’t EVER stay here.

We showed up early and was sent away, difficult to understand the young woman at the glass where we are to check in. Told her I had difficulty hearing, she did not adjust. Made my friends and I feel uncomfortable. I felt like they were watching us. Will not stay there again.

The room was fairly large with a king-size bed, dresser, desk and chair, a cocktail table and couch. There was also a mini fridge and night tables on each side of the bed. There was a lamp on each night table, a floor lamp and an overhead lamp. The bathroom had a toilet and tub with ample space. Outside the bathroom door was a sink and vanity cabinet. There was a coffee machine with regular and decaf coffee packets, cups and packets of plastic utensils, and sugar. There was also a hair dryer. The room was in need of a paint job, with the most need being the ceiling, which looked like there had been a leak from the upstairs room. The heat worked. I didn't use the AC. It was a decent value for the price.

Desde que llegamos y vimos que al lobby no se puede acceder ya que lo tienen prácticamente blindado, te hablan a través de un vidrio con bocina…..nos sentimos un tanto inseguros, si de por sí LA y alrededores tiene fama de inseguro y ver eso no te genera seguridad. De hecho te dan por escrito que hay que tener seguros de la habitación puestos en todo momento. Las habitaciones son antiguas, con alfombra de hace años….pero, aun así la limpieza muy bien! Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
