I enjoyed my stay. The room, staff, and parking were perfect. I didn’t read the fine print so a couple things disappointed me. First, the breakfast was not free. When I asked about breakfast at the front desk, I was told where it was but wasn’t told there was a fee. Second, when checking out, I was asked if I would like a receipt for the parking charge, which also was not up front. Next time, I will know how to ask the questions I have, and also to read the fine print. But to compensate for the two, the rooms were exceptional and spacious. I was so happy to see 2 or 3 very friendly and courteous security guards out front after dark. The front desk staff were polite and helpful when checking in and when I had lost my parking slip & had to request another.

The staff were incredibly rude from check in to check out. The price was supposed to include all fees but they charged us $14 a night for parking. The breakfast was basically continental but $16 a plate. The beds were hard and lumpy, the blankets scratchy. For the high price per night you would expect to be treated well and have a comfortable place to sleep.
