wonderful hotel in a quiet corner, close to many things and far enough away from the crazy we enjoyed the old classic style of the hotel amd thought it was perfect for what it was breakfast included and very pleasant staff also offered airport pick up and drop off at train station (for a hefty price) worth it

Perfect hotel to stay in your Venice vacation. My family and I had a great time here. Hotel staff is really helpful and if you want to book Tours and Taxi boats they will arrange for you. Rooms were clean and cosy but air conditioning was terrible. On the first night the air condition stopped working and they couldn't fix it so they gave us two fans for the night and moved us to another room the next day. The air condition was working but was not able to lower the temprutre, in the afternoon the room temprature was aroung 26 and the staff couldn't do anything except giving us the fan again. It was really hot and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at Hotel Ca’ dei Conti was disappointing. My two friends and I were placed in a room with no functioning air conditioning during the peak of summer. Despite being polite and respectful in asking for help, we were met with rude, dismissive staff who showed no willingness to offer a solution or even acknowledge the discomfort we expressed. The room was extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable to sleep in, with no airflow whatsoever. For the price point and the hotel’s advertised standards, this was not what we expected. The lack of basic hospitality and care from the staff made the experience even worse. Venice in July is hard enough without air conditioning, but what made this truly disappointing was how poorly the situation was handled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re guaranteed a properly functioning room and better treatment.
