The staff at the hotel was very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The price of properties in Lucerne is extremely high, and Hotel Drei Konige got good reviews. Maybe it was because we were there in August, but there were many restaurants in the area that were closed. Also, the room was very dark. However, it was clean, and the air conditioning worked.

Breakfast options were great. Awesome location. Very close to tourist spots as the Chapel bridge, Reuss bridge, and the Jesuit Church. Just 10 min walk to the bus station. 2 blocks from old town. Close but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. My family and I felt safe in this location. Would come back here again in the future.

for a single night stay in Lucerne, this place is simply perfect, its walking distance from train station, amins sites (chapel bridge, boats to Pilatus), and is close enough to old town 9tho across the river) for restaurants and shopping, the included BF in my price was a nice simple but adequate buffet affair which to me added to my stay, they're generous with toiletries in the shower, and the BR are clean, modern, good pressure, the beds are comfy (tho pillows too flat) and rooms quiet, staff are super nice, I'd stay again as Luzern is expensive and this place was good value for money (they also have a coffee bar all day at the lobby you can help yourself with).
