Alyssa at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She tried to open our room door because of an error made by the person who checked us in the day before. They forgot to flag us as checking out late which caused a problem later on. The “manager,” Paul was also rude and dismissive. Not to mention unprofessional and was walking around with a big hickie on his neck. There was a championship game at Golden 1 so there were kids everywhere. They just kept staring at his neck.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, especially the lady running breakfast. She is so nice and attentive. The pay to park situation is weird. You don't pay the hotel, it's a QR code in the parking lot, but they will tell you not to pay and it's fine. Sure enough almost every car had a citation Tuesday morning.... Make this parking situation better and more clear. The neighborhood directly against the hotel and immediate surrounding area is very shady. Full of addicts and unsavory people. Not the hotels fault, but I'm telling you it's quite the scene around there. Like open air drug use all over and panhandling.
