Very clean and polite on reception. I stayed in a disabled room. The main issue was the bathroom, no mirror, no storage or shelf space for toiletries. Walls paper thin so you could hear word for word what the neighbouring room were saying. Doors banged for quite a while.

Brief overnight in the town centre

Decent city centre hotel, next door to a great pub. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The only slight downside was the bathroom had a radiator directly infront of the toilet which made it tight for space.

When I entered my room I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome letter on the bed. I found this to be very thoughtful and was much appreciated. The room was kept to a high standard and the standard of the staff was even higher.

We went to a concert in the town hall. The hotel is just across the road so couldn't be more convenient. Breakfast was very good. There are only 6 parking spaces which are quite tight but alternatively there is a big carpark next door. We will definitely return.

This is a good hotel, well worth the cost (which was reasonable). The room was good on the whole, but there were a few places where maintenance needed to be done (paint, grout on shower). But the amenities were nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were accommodating and helpful in the extreme.
