Good place to stay close to Congonhas Airport

Good place if you need to stay close to the airport. Super comfortable, helpful and friendly staff as well. They also offer a free shuttle to Congonhas airport, which is super!

Positives: close to airport; shuttle was efficient Negatives: room was shabby; things were broken (the bedside lamp was falling apart, the toilet didn't flush properly); the bottom sheet on the bed didn't cover the mattress at the foot; one staff person told us breakfast started at 7AM (too late for us) but when we got to lobby at 6AM for our shuttle, others were eating; shuttle system was confusing (you had to ask for a ticket).

What i liked first. Room was nice, spatious and comfortable, well maintained and clean, as well as common areas. So if your interested mostly in that you d be satisfied. Area is not the best , but right in front of the Coghonas airport and guarulhos express bus stop, which is a valuable point. What i was disappointed of was the sport facility that for me is paramount; pool closed, the gym cardio machines had obviously not been maintained or checked lately. Two out of three bikes were unusable, pedals not fixed, one treadmill would not incline, so when several people were there the options were limited, which is a waste since the gym would have been pretty good and big otherwise, with lots of weights, if well maintained i would have been satisfied. Note: it closes at 10pm, and pretty strict about that , which does not make much sense. You should give 24hrs access for travelers with different schedules, delays,jet leg, etc. Anither thing: check in process longer than the average.

Os quartos são bons e confortáveis. No entanto para uma estadia de ano novo o hotel se encontrava com poucos funcionários o que acarretava demora para ser atendido. A grande decepção foi o café da amanhã, já havia me hospedado neste hotel a 2 anos atrás e falei muito bem do café da manhã, no entanto na minha estadia do ano novo me deparei com uma café da manhã com baixas opções e pouca qualidade. Foi uma grande decepção porque tinha uma boa memória de quando me hospedei anteriormente.

Hotel próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas. O custo de táxi (aeroporto - hotel) fica em torno de 22 reais. Não tem traslado. Quarto e banheiro semi-reformados. TV do tipo smart e roupas de cama confortáveis. As toalhas de banho e rosto estavam bem gastas e com cheiro ruim. Dentro do banheiro (área de banho) tem shampoo e condicionador “de parede” e sobre a pia tem sabonete, também, “de parede”. O chuveiro estava bem ruim, um jato para cada lado (qto 409). Além desses, fornecem sabonete mini em barra. O café da manhã é bom. O que mais me alegrou foi o suco detox, pão de queijo quentinho e a máquina com variedade de cafés liberada para uso. Destaco o nome da colaboradora Viviane, que foi super simpática no atendimento (checkin).

Gostei muito do hotel, da estrutura geral e do atendimento. Porém, um dos motivos principais da minha escolha foi a academia. Infelizmente, a experiência não foi satisfatória: a academia estava constantemente cheia, com filas nos equipamentos, e o espaço, assim como a quantidade de aparelhos, não acompanha o porte do hotel nem o volume de hóspedes. Acredito que, para um hotel deste nível, seria importante ampliar a área fitness ou aumentar a quantidade de equipamentos para oferecer uma experiência mais condizente com a proposta e o padrão da hospedagem.

Os atendentes são maravilhosos, perfeitos, muito educados e prestativos... As instalações ainda precisam ser melhoradas. O aquecimento da piscina precisa ser melhorado, a variedade de alimentos no café da manhã precisa ser aumentada. Uma experiência negativa com o restaurante do hotel: comprei um Petit gâteau e o bolinho foi servido praticamente frio, o recheio de chocolate estava duro, praticamente frio. Nota Zero para o restaurante. O Hotel tem um custo benefício horrível, não vale o que cobra.
