Don’t go here they steal!

This hotel was okay until they tried to steal my son iPad and my players shoes!!!! They didn’t clean the rooms but took the stuff out of there and played crazy at the front desk after asking for GM info corporate and cameras to be ran back they decided to give it back to us. Took 45 mins to Recover our items

A horrible place to stay

We checked in around 4:30, dropped our things and went back out. We came back to the hotel after 11pm and the front desk was closed (as expected). We got to our room and the shower and the towels were gross. Hair all over them. The floor in the room was filthy. There was no one to complain to. I went down the next morning to say something but there was no one at the desk and there was a line of people waiting. We were told he was up on the 2nd floor checking to see if people had checked out. What?!? And the beds… you could feel the springs in your back. I will obviously never stay there again!

Stay was Great and room was very very clean

Our stay was absolutely Great!! my hubby and I had a problem with check-in due to their availability from a website that we booked the room on but the front desk manager named Gus took great care of us. He was so kind and considerate and we truly appreciated him. We were tired and ready to go in and just rest and Gus came through for my husband and I. If hubby and I are in Tampa again,, We will be staying at Wood Springs suites, because of the service that Gus provided to us when we were there having problems checking in thank you Gus we appreciate you. God bless you.

My 1 night stay

Room was clean but had no ice service in building. No toiletries in bath. No Walk-In Shower (Wife is handicapped). NO Breakfast of any kind! Did have FREE Parking.

Extended stays, pack your own

The property is clean and easy to get to. It is a no frills lodging with kitchenette a fridge, microwave, cooktop. I was a little bit surprised,There's no ice machine on the property and everything is ala carte. There is a charge for dinner ware, cookware, coffeemaker and other things to use as a extended stay.

Expected More for the Cost

Let me just start off by saying that my room was $220 with tax for the night. For that amount of money I expected nicer accommodations and better customer service. I checked in, they took my ID, then gave me my room. Upon entering the room, the overhead lights would not work. I called down to the front desk, three different times before someone answered with a simple “hi”. I had to reconfirm that it was the front desk. I asked about the lights and they told me there was a box near the door that I had to put my room key in to get the lights to work. That is fine, but why wasn’t that told to me when I checked in? I got settled and then left for my daughter‘s volleyball tournament. I realized when I got to the tournament that I did not have my ID in order to check in. I then called the hotel again, with no answer I called two more times, with no answer. I then had to drive back 15 minutes to retrieve my ID so I could get into my daughter‘s tournament. The guy at the front desk was not apologetic and just handed it to me. We left at 6 AM this morning for our tournament, and noticed no one is at the front desk. It is not a hotel that I feel safe in, has poor customer service, and charges high dollar for a rundown hotel. I will not be staying there again.

Lacking basic amenities.

WiFi was not free. There were not enough towels for two people. Nice looking property, but looks like they are cheaping out on some basic amenities you expect from a nicer hotel. They charge for plates and pans in an extended stay type of place ( full kitchen)
