The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. The room was very clean and equipped with all essential utensils for the kitchenette. Staff at the front desk were helpful. They helped me print some documents that I urgently needed for reporting the loss of my bank checque to an overseas bank. Carpark is spacious. There is also a bus going to Lidcombe. Overall a pleasant experience.

Clean room, great staff,amenities, great cooked breakfast . Our room also had a great view as an added bonus. You could leave the car in the carpark and take public transport as it was virtually across the street. Beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels and such. I would stay there again.

The female staff are amazing very helpful, especially with the need to swap rooms as I needed a shower that I could walk into because of mobility needs. Something that was requested at time of booking. Matilda in the breakfast bar is so helpful and welcomes you with her bright engaging smile. Reception (female staff) advised they will attend to a couple of our concerns and thanked us for the feedback.

Comfortable well equipped bed and room with all of the conveniences of home. Kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, heat up meals available, great breakfast. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Full bath & a handy office desk + chair for working.

Ice, comfortable, inexpensive stay

Stayed 2 nights to go to Davis Cup. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful and our rate included a nice buffet breakfast. There is onsite parking - the spots are narrow and some a little tricky to get into. The property is located near the race course and Parramatta centre is about a 20 min walk

Close to racetrack, pubs and servos. Has a pool that was quite warm considering the rain that was had. Great little spa. Nice breakfast with good choices. Friendly staff. Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Full size fridge with freezer, dishwasher and 2 tv”s. Balcony overlooking race track with city views. Quiet

Simple and plain

The hotel was clean but I was disappointed with the horrible decor, rooms just cold furnishing wise and awful pictures on the walls around the hotel.They should get a real artist to draw or paint as they are an insult to the Art world.
