We arrived about 9 pm on the 28th and the check in was smooth and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean on arrival but in the matter of a few hours, we saw two bugs. One was small and the other was larger. I reported it to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. I did not see any more for the remainder of the stay.
