We loved this hotel. The room was large and on the same floor as the reception so it was easy for us to bring in our luggage, we had a real bathtub that worked - as opposed to some of our other hotels where the bathtub did not work - the staff was helpful, the place was charming and in Bruges the location was just great. You can walk anywhere in Bruges so this was a good place to spring from. It was quiet, the bed was great. All good things to say about this one!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The biggest compliment I can pay it is that it felt like home. My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated.
