Regular room maintenance to ensure fixtures and fittings function properly and safely. For example:
Mould on outside walls of both bedroom and living room, electrical socket in living room not secure, dustbin does not attach as it should, toilet roll holder fails on every use, balcony door handles are lose which compromises security, the light switch over the hob is broken, sofa unusable as a bed because the structure is bent, the top shelf in wardrobe was missing a peg and fell on my head and the curtains easily come off the end of track even when pulled gently.
