What a great and affordable hotel with balcony and seaview and incredible customer service from everyone at the front desk!!! Outstanding!!! There is a pool and restaurant but we didn't use it. Many food options around and with a golf cart all easy to reach. Front desk staff can assist with laundry and tours as well...there is security and and even a dive shop right on the dock. Gas station and supermarket are just around the corner.

Was just there a night and price was right and service was exceptional. Especially Orelia at the front desk. I needed to drop off luggage early to go babysit and she not only let me do this she got me in early, even to a upgraded room, and in the morning was able to watch my luggage again after checkout as had more children to take care of. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Our clean, comfortable room had a balcony facing the sea and we loved having coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to birdsong and wind in the palms. The coffee maker, mini frig, wifi and AC all worked well. The pool and grounds were well maintained, and everyone was very kind and helpful. We’d particularly like to thank Ms. Ada at the front desk for her recommendations and all the questions she patiently answered! It's true that as with most places in the region, there were occasional plumbing issues, but they were always quickly resolved. A heads up to first-time visitors who might not be aware that although the staff keep the waterfront clean, this is not really an island for easy swimming from the shore, particularly during sargassum season. Also, there is a lively bar scene one night of the week when they host a popular, live-chicken bingo game, but it doesn’t go late and we didn’t have trouble with the noise.

All in all an amazing stay! The hotel will arrange a shuttle to get you from the airport for $10 USD. The rooms were clean, AC banging, housekeeping comes in the morning. The pool was refreshing and clean. The Lost Gringos (restaurant/bar in the hotel) has the best customer service hands down with delicious food! The location is steps away from the beach where you can enjoy the hammocks or a massage. The chicken drop was a cool cultural experience. Def recommend & ill be back
