The front staff is absolutely amazing. We had an issue with one of our reservations and they went out of their way to resolve the problem for us. They were always very welcoming, friendly and looking for anything that they could do for us. I will be staying here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Bathroom on the smaller side even for “unit bath” I wish there was more counter space. Amenities were great, skincare, room wear, no issues. I do wish they had the universal charger in the room like some other properties. Overall no complaints. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the tip of the tower and that really elevated my mood. Thank you!

The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too.
