Good location friendly staff

This isn't the Ritz... and it isn't Ritz prices, either. The staff were EXCELLENT. Made the stay pleasant. There was a glitch with my room, but the staff made it go away. Lovely garden behind the hotel for relaxation, etc. Nice lounge area for waiting. Trouble taken to make the place look nice.
Thomas, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very nice staff. The neighbourhood is pretty safe; did not have any issues! It’s pretty close to the underground station, Earl’s Court, which serves two lines (if I remember correctly haha)!
Heloísa Martins, 7-night trip

6/10 Okay

The Breakfast was to expensive for that what we have got. Nescafe and Toastbread is terrible. No Cheese, no fruits for that price!
Annette, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Very noisy area, no air con so had to have windows open. Very old appliances in the room, dated hotel.

10/10 Excellent

Fantastic value. I stay at a lot of inexpensive hotels, and they vary widely in quality. This one is really great. While the place is small, it is comfortable and clean, and you can tell the owners are doing all they can to make it a terrific place to stay. There are lots of nice, little touches that show that they care. It's one block from the Earl's Court tube stop, which gets you into central London in 20 minutes. My only criticism is that the free version of the breakfast is really bare-bones - bread for toast, cereal, and fruit juice - and only instant coffee. But you can pay a small surcharge for eggs, and even a full English breakfast.

8/10 Good

Good place for the money we payed. The beds are old but ok. Breakfast simple but ok. Simple hotel, but just 3 minutes from the metro and nice pubs en diner options in the street.

Hotel was comfy and clean good enough for a one night stay

Great location
Krzysztof, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The rooms are very dirty. I had to ask for an extra towel so I can clean the dust from bed frames and furnitures (travelling with a child having a breathing condition). The bathroom was very dirty too, but the staff didn’t want to provide me with the cleaning supplies and I had to wait till next day for the cleaning staff to clean the bathtub. They came and made only our beds, bathroom remained dirty. The staff offered me another room which was even in worst condition. Broken toilet seat and sink full of rust! Even though they are having international tourists, they do not offer adapters for electric plugs or USB plugs to charge the phone's. They sell them for 7£ at the reception, or you can get one at 5£ on the corner store. There were only 2 plugs in our room. So we had to unplug the tv to charge phones. Ridiculous in 2025!
Agata, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Great location. However I was very dissatisfied as we were not able to shower in our room as the shower would not turn on at all and also it did not have a working light insg the bathroom didn’t work in the bathroom. I did let the lovely friendly front staff know and all I was just told was “oh I’m sorrys” After traveling for over 24 hrs to get to London saying one day before catching our cruise and not being able to shower was extremely disappointing as we only rented this to sleep and shower before heading off. Disappointed that was not even offered any compensation, and that is not that way to make a happy customer in the event of these circumstances, but more importantly how it was handless as I did not receive the amenities I had paid for.
Angela, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Loved the location especially using the underground trains. Will definitely stay there again
Renecia, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

A little dated but was good for the money compared to others in area Perfect for one night stop over
Todd, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great location

The location is great, lots of food in the neighborhood, 2 min to the underground, District and Piccadilly line, and rather quiet area.
Lise, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

The hotel is well located in Earl’s Court and we found the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the room was also very basic but ok just for a night. The TV struggled to get signal and the radiator could do with bleeding as the top 2/3 were cold.
Ruth, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

convenient area staff and service was great but the breakfast was very disappointing.
Andrew, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I always stay at My Place. Nothing fancy, but friendly staff and convenient to public transport, restaurants, and more.
Anthony, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Good enough

Overall nice place to stay in West London. Very near to Earls Court tube station, with good connection to central London. We had quiet room at least because it was on the backyards side.
Riku Petteri, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Rubbis accommodation.

Shamble of accommodation! Say there is a bar but its at the staff’s discretion! There was a cat roaming around the place! Not cheap either for what it was! Glorified homeless hostel
Nicole, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel staff were very nice. The highlight of the property was a lovely garden and its location 2 minutes from the Underground tube station
