Its a great spot a little out of town so it will take about 20-30 minutes to walk in or out. There isn’t much around there in terms of restaurants or shops. But I would go again.

They closed the reseption before the indicated time. So it took us an hour to get in the room. The excuse was that they had sent a message, but thought my phone number was french... Well, not a good one in 2023. They had my number.

ArlHotel. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Esperienza negativa. Apparentemente carino, colorato e friendly. In realtà un alberghetto in una zona industriale/commerciale che, dopo l'orario di chiusura delle aziende limitrofe, è in mezzo al nulla. L'avevamo scelto perché era indicato a 1.4 km. dal centro di Arles e dopo un lungo viaggio in auto poteva essere il modo di fare due passi ma all'arrivo ci siamo resi conto che non era il luogo adatto; ci trovavamo in una periferia buia e desolata. Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare: nella parete della doccia c'erano dei residui di sporcizia ed i bicchieri di carta appoggiati sul lavabo a testa in giù e non incartati nel cellophane, avevano assorbito umidità. Non dico che fossero usati, ma il dubbio è rimasto. Quanto alla colazione (ore 9.00 circa) abbiamo trovato poco e niente da mangiare, e l'unica operatrice presente si divideva fra la cucina e la reception, facendo del suo meglio, ovviamente a scapito dell'igiene sui tavoli. Il prezzo, invece, era in linea con quello di un grande albergo in pieno centro e ci stiamo ancora mangiando le mani per non avere scelto quello.
