What I like about this hotel: 1). Staff members are super nice and kind. 2). It is very close to the train station and walking distance to attractions in Toulouse. 3). The room is nice size and clean What I don’t like about this hotel: noise. I was given a room facing the street the first night I was there. It was so noisy with people yelling all night long until 5:30am. I couldn’t sleep that night because the noise was so loud. I asked the hotel to give me a room on other side with no street. Then it was very quiet and I could sleep through the night. The area around it is ok, a little dirty. But inside the hotel I felt safe.

Old room with ants for 155€

The room was on the edge of not being clean, everything was very basic and rather old. To top it all off, I woke up in the morning with hundreds of ants in my luggage because I had a biscuit in it! I heard later that the hotel knew they had problems with ants. They still sold the room to me for 155€ for one nights. When complaining at the reception, I was promised a call from the manager, and maybe some commercial gesture. Two months and one reminder later, I still haven’t heard from anyone, and still paid 155€ for an old small room with ants. This hotel lost a customer for good!

I had a short business trip to Toulouse and the Hotel was good for what I needed. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport bus. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, theair conditioning was excellent and was just what was needed on what was a very hot day.

Decent hotel

Positive: This is a decent hotel located in a pretty good spot (walking distance from the city centre). Room was ok (bathroom very narrow) and the AC was good. Staff was nice. No problems when checking in or out. Not too noisy. Negative: We didn’t get two beds as requested. Windows weren’t clean, and the full rug just generally felt unhygienic. The soap in the shower definitely felt watered-down. A hotel safe and an iron would’ve been nice.

El hotel está muy viejo y mal mantenido. Las puertas sucias, muebles de distintas épocas, techo del baño con manchas de humedad! Las fotos me engañaron completamente. Si no hubiera llegado de noche me habría ido a otro lado. Lo único rescatable fue la cama que se veía limpia y amplia. No le da ni para una estrella y mucho menos por el precio.
