Great location for both central London (by tube), as well as around the corner from Paddington Station and the Heathrow express going to the airport. The service was also very good, and although the room was small, it was nice, was stocked well with a choice of hot beverages , and offered good value for the money. I would stay again :-)

Ideal location, just a few minutes walk from Paddington so we could leave our bags and go exploring straight away. Lots of food and drink places around the property, and a tesco express just up the road. The hotel itself was great, spacious room with ample wardrobe space, an ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. There were a few steps down to the bathroom which we liked as it gave more privacy, but maybe not ideal if you have mobility issues. Other reviews mentioned the noise from the tube, we were on the 1st floor and could hear the tube rumble, but not too loud and it didn't bother us at all. After reading reviews of other hotels in the area the tube seems to be heard in all the properties. The room and bathroom were clean, however there was no mattress protector on the bed and the mattress did have some marks on it, so this was a bit off putting. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely twin room

Great location, 2 mins away from Paddington Station which has brilliant shops. Lots of places near by to get food and drink. Room was spotless and so was bathroom, good shower and lots of towels which were replaced each day . Free water in reception and bottles to fill up to take to room was a nice touch.
