The hotel didn't have a iron thats a big minus, the bathroom floor needed some work done the breakfast was good but I wouldn't stay there because my plans was messed up because of them not having a iron I also saw a roach

I wouldn't recommend this place.

Service wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was black mold in our bathroom, the water seemed to cut off every once in a while, and they put us on the 14th floor. The elevator only goes to 13. We had to walk up stairs with all our bags. They didn't provide help.

About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest). Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit. Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna. Easy to Uber to and from. Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

Unfortunately this property is quite dated with minimal energy and effort put into keeping it updated apart from painting and floor tiles. The photos don’t depict a true reflection of this hotel condition. If you don’t mind a bit of mould in the shower grout and visible beneath the ceiling paint. The staff are amazing they try to help you with every enquiry.

O hotel tem uma localização espetacular isso ninguém pode negar fica à frente da estação do metrô que facilita bastante o deslocamento, é um hotel mais antigo como boa parte dos que tem na região no entanto ele não aparenta ter nenhum tipo de tentativa de modernização. O quarto onde eu fiquei as paredes estavam com mofo o que terminou prejudicando o meu sogro pois eu tive constantes ataques de rinite, e o banheiro não tava muito limpo, fora isso a cama é confortável e o café da manhã é simples

Pelo preço que pagamos na estadia, foi um serviço muito ruim. Quarto antigo, moveis muito antigos, estrutura do banheiro péssima. A torneira do nosso banheiro estava entupida, pedimos para arrumar e depois de "arrumada" ela ficou vazando, ou seja, arrumaram um problema mas começou outro. Café da manhã muito simples, comida sem sabor. A localização é de fato muito boa, mas a rua é muito barulhenta, fomos para correr a maratona do rio e mesmo ficando no sexto andar ainda era possível ouvir muito barulho da rua, falação a noite toda, viaturas, mas sabemos que isso está fora do controle do hotel. Porém de fato a estrutura e serviços deixam muito a desejar,

Experiência ruim. Não recomendo! O banheiro estava sujo, com mau cheiro e a água falhava – chegamos a tomar banho frio. O telefone do quarto não funcionava. Na recepção, fomos mal atendidas: os funcionários conversavam entre si, faziam piadas e sequer nos explicaram o check-in. Todos muito grossos, com exceção do senhor que guardou nossas malas – educado e prestativo. O elevador é lento e confuso, com placas contraditórias sobre a capacidade. O hotel é desorganizado, desconfortável e com péssima higiene. Não volto e não indico.

Atendimento horrível. Tirando o primeiro rapaz (brasileiro) que nos atendeu na recepção, o restante eram funcionários extranjeiros, grosseiros e rudes na abordagem para solução de problemas, que inclusive, tivemos alguns quantos. Fora um mensageiro do hotel que me abordou de uma forma completamente rude, me acusandp de estar vagando perdido do hotel e pedindo meus dados como nome e número do quartl, como se eu estivesse fazendo algo errado por somente estar esperando o elevador da piscina para o quarto. Ao reclamar na recepção sobre a abordagem, perderam minha ficha e acusaram eu não estar hospedado no hotel. Terrível! Quartos sendo no andar 11, mesmo sendo alto, barulhento por conta da região. Além disso as instalações da sauna não funcionam e ninguém resolve.
