It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

The hotel didn't have a iron thats a big minus, the bathroom floor needed some work done the breakfast was good but I wouldn't stay there because my plans was messed up because of them not having a iron I also saw a roach

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

Já me hospedei neste hotel em outras ocasiões e, infelizmente, desta vez a experiência foi muito inferior às anteriores. O atendimento dos funcionários deixou bastante a desejar, demonstrando falta de preparo e atenção com os hóspedes. Além disso, a limpeza dos quartos não estava adequada, com forte cheiro de mofo, o que causou bastante desconforto durante a estadia. O chuveiro apresentava uma regulagem muito ruim, dificultando o uso, e de forma geral o hotel aparenta estar bastante antigo, assim como os móveis, que precisam claramente de renovação e manutenção. É uma pena ver a qualidade cair dessa forma, pois já tive boas experiências anteriormente. Espero que esses pontos sejam avaliados e melhorados, para que o hotel volte ao padrão que já teve no passado.
