Reasonable place to stay in Moissac
This hotel felt like a very fair deal. There aren't many options in Moissac, and this place isn't luxury, but it was clean and functional. The view of the river was fantastic. The breakfast was decent. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Moissac.

River splendour
Wonderful location with splendid views over river from large room. We extended to 8 nights so obviously good but tiny tiny wardrobe so clothes around room. However , we saw other rooms had much larger later so should have asked to change. Excellent overall

Seen better days
The location is great. As requested, we had a river view room with a tiny balcony. The first reaction on entering the room was "who stole all the furniture?" The room was large, but bare, with no atmosphere. The strip light above the bed strobed and so could not be used. Worst of all, in the morning the shower leaked through the ceiling and into the bedroom. It was too late to fix these things and the front desk was reluctant to give a discount. The breakfast was very sparse and it looked as if they had counted out precisely the number of items for the guests staying. Dinner was very goo on the outside terrace.

I recently stayed at Le Moulin De Mossaic, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. During a sweltering weekend in August, the hotel’s air conditioning was broken, leaving the rooms unbearably hot. Shockingly, the staff suggested we sleep with our doors open to help cool the room down, which, unsurprisingly, led to us being bitten by mosquitoes all night.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they turned off the water supply at one point, leaving us without running water. On a busy Saturday lunchtime, we were told there was no staff available, so we couldn’t even get a drink at the bar. The lack of a minibar in the room and the absence of room service only added to our frustration.
The most concerning aspect was that during this critical situation, with the hotel full of guests, the general manager was nowhere to be found. For a hotel to have such severe issues and no management present to address them is simply unacceptable. I asked to speak to the GM on the phone and was told it was ‘impossible’. Eventually the GM did call however by that point we had left the hotel for the day. Despite these significant issues, the only compensation offered was a paltry 10% off a drinks bill—nowhere near enough to make up for the discomfort and inconvenience. I would strongly advise against staying here unless they make drastic improvements to their facilities and customer service.
