The tram station is 7min away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only problem is the hotel restaurant and the restaurants along the street are not opened on Sundays, so you need to go to the central for a meal.

The staff are all kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean. It will be nice to have more soft bed and soundproof window as the railway is quite close. Overall is nice. we would love to visit again.

This is an unusual ‘hotel’, being part of accommodation for university students. The facilities are super modern, spotlessly clean and really quiet and restful, particularly welcome after the crowds in the centre of Florence. Comfortable, decent sized (walk in space to hand clothes!) and nice to have some outside space as well. Terrific value for Florence and closer to the centre than I expected - easy walking distance, but far more tranquil. Great staff and a really welcoming atmosphere. Only downside is that the air con seems to be set at 24 degrees (unless I failed to understand how to make it go lower) which is really hot for me and made it difficult to sleep.
