I was really surprised of what a nice hotel it was and the service was so amazing. The view was to the castle and the hotel so central. When I booked the room, I didn't noticed that i ess a 4 star-hotel so i was really hapoy when I arrived. I truly recommend it. I only stayed for one night but if I ever go back, I will definitively go back!

The Hotel was fantastic, right in the Town Hall Plaza. Central for everything. All the staff were happy and helpful. The room was excellent too, we were overlooking the plaza and had a balcony. It’s a clean hotel located conveniently in the old city of Alicante. But, their towels were old and beaten up. They charge €3 for a paper-packaged water with the hotel name on it in the fridge. That kind of water is usually free in any hotels I know. But, what can we expect? It’s a cheap hotel, trying to maximize revenue… Get better and cheaper brand name water from Carrefour across the plaza.
