Great stay overall, especially compared to the other place we stayed. It’s beautiful, just that when we got into our room there was a strange smell, there were black hairs on both the top bed spreads, we ran the air all night and it was cooler in the hallway than in our room in the morning. Breakfast came with the price which was nice. The Hotel was centrally located to many amenities which was another bonus.

Quiet boutique hotel, great location easy access to highway and downtown Monterey, del monte shopping and Carmel. Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again and have before. Highly recommend! Staying in the main building has a more homey feel to it!

Sheets had holes. Poop covered toilet paper was left in the toilet. The sink was clogged I mentioned this to the front desk and all they said oh sorry did not try to make it right in anyway very sad how bad employees can ruin such a beautiful hotel and business very very sad

Easy check in, easy to get to, good parking. Room was clean and good size, bathroom was nice, clean, and good size as well. My only complaint was that we could hear the room above us walking around. Floors were creaking loudly and we could hear every movement. It was frustrating a bit, but once they stopped moving, it was fine. Other than that, good hotel and would stay there again.
