Já conhecia o Hotel e devido a experiência excelente resolvi voltar. A localização do Hotel é um diferencial pois cerca de dez minutos a pé se chega na rua das Pedras. Os funcionários do Hotel são educados e muito ágeis nas suas respectivas áreas. O café da manhã não deixou a desejar estava perfeito. A piscina do Hotel é excelente principalmente para quem tem crianças pequenas. O quarto que fiquei estava em excelente estado de limpeza quando cheguei.

Reservei um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro com fácil acesso a idosos para comemorar o meu anivesário. Fiz mais 2 casais reservarem também 1 quarto cada um pela hoteis.com para comemorar meu aniversário. Entregaram-me 1 quarto com infiltração, cheiro de mofo insuportável, sujo, cheio de traças, no 2 andar com apenas 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Ou seja, paguei por 1 quarto que não usufruí! Disseram que não tinham como trocar o quarto porque estavam lotados. Não prestaram nenhum suporte para outra acomodação e nem para outro hotel. O mesmo mau trato foi prestado aos outros casais em suas reservas também! A hoteis.com deveria fiscalizar as acomodações que coloca em seu site, pois este hotel é uma furada! Totalmente decadente, teto caindo, com infiltrações, sem funcionários para realizar a limpeza do local, café da manhã sem requeijão, sem suco natural da fruta, sem agua de coco, sem reposição da comida! Atendimento péssimo, mesmo contatando a Gerente do hotel que nada fez por nós ! Não voltarei NUNCA MAIS! HOTEL A BEIRA DA FALÊNCIA, NECESSITANDO DE MANUTENÇÕ URGENTE! Roupas de cama sujas, manchadas e velhas, toalhas de banho velhas, não tem roupão, toalhas de piscina rasgadas! O quarto não foi limpo! O lixo não foi trocado! Um verdadeiro pesadelo!
