Great location, new, clean and nice. Terrible service... I wasl told breakfast starts at 7am and once I got there they told me is at 7:30am Cleaning lady showed up until 4pm knocking too loud in the middle of a conference call

This property was incredibly modern, cool and artistic in design, it exceeded my expectations! Plus I haven't slept so well in a long time the beds were super comfortable. The only two things I would recommend one would be to have two feather and two foam pillows instead of 4 foam and the bottle of body wash in the shower was almost empty but aside from that it was a great stay. I assume if I had asked for feather pillows the friendly staff would have provided them. Highly recommended, I'd for sure stay again.

Although the room was smaller than anticipated, it was clean and comfortable and the room did have a balcony. Unfortunately, the credit card I used to reserve the room was not accepted at the hotel front desk. I had to make different arrangements.

Gorgeous hotel: Full stop! Spacious, modern rooms with incredible patios in a very convenient area of the city. However, there are little things that have to be improved that should be "no-brainers": Housekeeping - I do not mind simply just having my bed remade and not completely changed on a daily basis, it's fine, but when you see blood on a pillowcase. (I cut myself shaving), change the pillowcase! Don't leave the bloody pillowcase on the bed. Also, replace the towels you take: take one, leave one. We were sharing towels for a day until we called the front desk. Lastly, wash, don't just rinse in the sink, the coffee cups. (Our cups still had residue in them each morning). Also, get your front desk trained on the computer! They insisted I hadn't pre-paid until I provided them with a receipt when checking in, and when leaving, insisted I hadn't paid for my breakfast, which I did … everyday … in cash! … (Perhaps your restaurant staff isn't as honest as you'd like to believe). Still, I'd stay here again and anticipate these few things beforehand just for the room a dn location.
