Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi decepcionante, especialmente comparada ao padrão da rede Ibis que costumo frequentar. O chuveiro apresentou problemas sérios: além da baixa pressão, era impossível regular a temperatura; ao tentar ajustar a água fria, ele esfriava completamente de forma repentina. O ar-condicionado também deixou a desejar, levando quase 2 horas para refrescar minimamente o quarto. Além disso, o café da manhã era excessivamente simples e abaixo do nível de outras unidades da rede. Como cliente fiel do Ibis, essa experiência negativa me fará reconsiderar minha escolha em futuras viagens.
