Our stay at Hotel Unknown was average, but the arrival left a poor first impression.
The check-in process was difficult and far from welcoming. We arrived about an hour and a half early, and although our room was ready, we were asked to pay €15 to access it. That didn’t feel like service, especially since the room was already available. After that, communication remained minimal and not particularly friendly.
The room itself was fine. However, it was somewhat noisy on the road-facing side, and the air conditioning was not turned on upon arrival, so the room was still warm.
Overall, it was okay — but nothing more than that.
