It was very unorganized checking in. Staff were polite, but very unorganized, staff seems to be everywhere, but no one seemed to be directly working at check in. The hallway smelled and our room at nasty marks on the walls, a spot on the floor was crusty and not cleaned, and one of our pillow cases had a mark on it. Did not feel clean while staying here.

We checked in at approximately 8pm and our room had not been cleaned. When we called the help desk they accused us of not being and told us to take pictures and bring them to the front desk. I’m not going to a great detail cause I’m exhausted about the whole situation, but I would not recommend the hotel because the manager in staff do not have customer service as their number one priority.

Check in time was 3 and we paid 415 and change in advance for the room. We got there from out of state @3:10 walked in and the lobby was full(later to find out they were all waiting on rooms to be cleaned) once we got to the front of the line to be checked in we are told that there are no clean rooms so we couldn’t get checked in asked how long she had no idea. Husband says check in was at 3 she said that it’s a round about time not a definite check in time. Gave her my number and sat out in the car. Didn’t receive a call or text and had been waiting for over an hour and a half so we go back in. She was able to get us a room paid $100 for a deposit. Woke up the next morning to another $131 taken out my account, go down to see why. Same lady says she doesn’t know why and can’t help me with anything. So for a total of @$600 we got to sit outside in the car for over an hour a bed to sleep in for 2 nights and no breakfast because I didn’t read the fine print that you have to pay $10 extra per person in advance. So all in all not a great experience with the people side of it but the bed was comfy
