Great hotel - happy to return

Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

Cet hôtel n'a absolument rien à voir avec les prestations attendues d'un établissement 4 étoiles. Le séjour a été une succession de mauvaises surprises et d'inaction de la part de l'équipe. ​Un manque d'hygiène flagrant : Dès le départ, la chambre et la piscine se sont révélées tout simplement sales. ​Une réactivité inexistante : La douche de notre première chambre était complètement bouchée. Malgré nos signalements clairs, le personnel n'a pas réellement agi ni pris la mesure du problème. ​Un changement de chambre inutile : On a fini par nous attribuer une autre chambre en guise de solution, mais le résultat était le même : une baignoire également bouchée et un frigo sale. Même à l'extérieur, pas de place de parking ! Petit déjeuner continental, à ce prix on attends au moins une attention particulière pour la qualité et c'était moins bien que ibis style ! ​Au final, l'ambiance générale et l'état des lieux donnent l'impression de séjourner dans une vulgaire "chambre de passage" mal entretenue. L'hygiène est inacceptable et le service client n'est pas au rendez-vous. La classification 4 étoiles est totalement injustifiée. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Plaza Futuroscope. Le personnel d'accueil est vraiment au top : chaleureux, serviable et toujours disponible. C'est un vrai point fort de l'établissement. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes du Futuroscope. La proximité du parc est très appréciable et permet de s'y rendre facilement, sans contrainte. Concernant la propreté, rien à redire : tout était impeccable Le seul petit bémol concerne le matelas, que j'ai trouvé assez dur et pas très confortable. Mis à part ce point, tout était parfait et je recommande cet hôtel.
